Bullhead City, AZ – On Friday, June 16, at 7:19 a.m. a trash truck’s hydraulic loader came into contact with the power lines, tearing down an additional three power poles too. This outage affected 22 Mohave Electric Cooperative (MEC) members and occurred in Fort Mohave area along East Camino Hierro.
MEC crews responded, isolated the damaged poles and lines to replace a fuse restoring power to 11 members at 8:32 a.m. The remaining members were restored at 1:55 p.m. once the three damaged poles were replaced.
