MOHAVE ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INCORPORATED, an Arizona not-for-profit electric distribution corporation (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website and all subdomains thereof (collectively, our “Website”) or use or access our mobile applications (including SmartHub) (collectively, our “App”) as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • On our Website;
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our Website or App;
  • Through our App, which provides dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and our services; and/or
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by the Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and will not knowingly collect the Personal Information from any child under the age of 13.   • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website or App and usage details.
