Investing in Tomorrow’s 4-H Leaders at the Mohave County Fair
Every year, the Mohave County Fair brings together families, agriculture, and community spirit while providing local youth with an opportunity to showcase months of hard work and dedication. One of the fair’s most anticipated events is the Livestock Auction, held on Saturday, September 19, at 6:00 p.m. during the 2026 Mohave County Fair, which runs September 17–20 at the Mohave County Fairgrounds in Kingman.
CEO Tyler Carlson Announces Retirement
I have the distinct privilege of announcing that after eighteen years of serving the Co-op and Mohave Electric Cooperative members, MEC CEO Tyler Carlson has decided to retire. Tyler joined MEC during a challenging time in the Cooperative’s history and has led improvements across virtually every aspect of the utility.

Mohave Electric Cooperative to Hold District & Annual Meetings
BULLHEAD CITY, AZ – Mohave Electric Cooperative (MEC) announces dates of their District and Annual Meetings. These MEC members-only meetings will be held the week of September 14, 2026. MEC holds annual district meetings for Board of Director elections and a large annual meeting to inform members of the co-op’s yearly activities.
