Annual and District Meetings

MEC's annual members-only meeting is 9/17/2026. District 1 meeting is 9/14; District 2 is 9/15; and District 3 is 9/16. All meetings begin with registration at 5:30 p.m. and start at 6:30 p.m. If you have questions about the District meetings, call Jacqueline Caudle, Executive Assistant, at 928-763-4115.

Parade of Lights

Community News

2020 has brought many changes to our member’s lives. The community has had to face changes with events, and participation in events due to COVID guidelines and requirements. We were so excited to hear that a Christmas Parade would continue on and we jumped on board, decorated to the best we could, and worked to adhere to guidelines and requirements set in place. We decorated our Old Number One and two line trucks with lights galore and were very happy to be apart of such a warm community event.
