New Kiosk for Our Members

More Ways to Pay!

A focus from Mohave Electric Cooperative has been to maximize our offerings to our growing member base. As we enter our 75th year of serving members we have been able to enhance benefits to our members through paperless billing, a more affordable cost for power, and now an outdoor Kiosk available to members 24 hours a day.

If you have not noticed the kiosk yet, it is located on the east side of our member services office located at 928 Hancock Rd. in Bullhead City, AZ. In addition to the installation of the new kiosk, members might notice the restructuring of the outside of the building with a cleaner building structure with the removal of old planters, and a revised parking lot scheme.

“The kiosk will bring ease to those members that desire to social distance but do not want to pay over the phone or online” says Bo Hellams, Public Affairs Supervisor.

Important things to know about the kiosk are payment options. The kiosk accepts three different payment options: cash, card, and check. When paying with cash it is important to know that the kiosk will not give you change back. For example, if your bill is $19.95 and you pay with a $20.00 bill the .05 cents will be credited to your account for the future bill. Paying with card and check will be processed just like making a payment with the member service representative inside the building.

We are excited to continue our growth for members as we make our way through the 75th year of serving members and we hope to be able to continue to bring new and engaging features for our members so that having service with MEC is as convenient as possible.
