Frontier, our communications provider, is experiencing technical difficulties resulting in intermittent call complications for our members that are calling in.
Mohave Electric, as well as many other service providers throughout the Bullhead City area, are experiencing issues and we ask members to be patient as the complications are resolved. If you need assistance with an outage, we ask members to either log the outage on their Smart Hub service or call 1 (844) MEC-COOP / (844) 632-2667.
Thank you for your cooperation as Frontier works to resolve the issue and remember that our Member Service office is located at 928 Hancock Rd. in Bullhead City and is open for in-person services from 8 AM to 5 PM daily.
