MEC's annual members-only meeting is 9/17/2026. District 1 meeting is 9/14; District 2 is 9/15; and District 3 is 9/16. All meetings begin with registration at 5:30 p.m. and start at 6:30 p.m. If you have questions about the District meetings, call Jacqueline Caudle, Executive Assistant, at 928-763-4115.
One entry per member household. MEC employees and their spouses/partners are not eligible. 100 entries will be drawn via electronic randomizer. Winners must provide proof of membership when notified.
Winners must pick up their ham at said place, date, and time or forfeit their ham. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. MEC is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. MEC reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time. Meta (FB and IG) is not sponsoring the giveaway.
