Will this service be available only to MEC members?

Will local jobs be created as a result of MEC’s and TWN’s build out?
Yes. TWN will hire local technicians to maintain the network and install customers.
Will I pay MEC for the service?
No. You will be invoiced monthly by TWN Communications.
Who maintains the service after it is installed?
TWN Communications will maintain the network, provide technical support, customer care, and invoicing.
Will TWN be digging up my property to install this?
In some cases, yes, if you have any underground utilities today, the new fiber connection will be underground as well. In addition, if you have underground utility rights-of-way crossing your property, TWN may also need to dig to bring fiber…
Some providers say they provide “unlimited” but after I stream just a few videos it slows to a crawl for the rest of the month. Is this the same?
No! It’s not the same, TWN will not throttle speeds. What you sign up for is what you get.
How will I know when service is available at my home?
Once service is available at your home or business, TWN will send out communications by direct mail to those locations. In addition, email blasts will be sent to those who pre-register at Mohave Electric.
