Job Description


Directs and coordinates human resources and payroll activities such as employment, recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, and employee services. Maintains current knowledge of personnel and labor laws as they pertain to the Cooperative and the state of Arizona. Maintains Worker’s Compensation, unemployment insurance, and DOT drug and alcohol testing records and ensures compliance to those programs and regulations.

Job Related Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Administration, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred. A minimum of three years’ work in human resource management or administration.
