Job Description
Assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of energy service programs. Responds to irregular and/or high usage complaints from residential and commercial members, determines the problem and works with members to resolve their issues. Works with Commercial members that might benefit by being in a different rate class such as Time of Use. Works with members to develop strategies to reduce demand.
Job Related Qualifications
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training in marketing, utility operations, and energy services programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential and commercial building techniques and building sciences and able to troubleshoot and explain HVAC systems, Renewable Energy system operation and lighting issues a plus. Must have strong Customer Service skills.
