Deborah Johnson has been a resident of Bullhead City and member of Mohave Electric Cooperative since 1994. She lives in District 2, was elected to represent District 2 in June of 2012, and began serving as Vice President in 2018.
Johnson has completed the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s required curriculum to obtain the Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate and the Board Leadership Certificate—a recognized measurement of competency on key current issues.
With various management and accounting positions, Johnson also holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Education. Currently a New CASA volunteer, member and treasurer of St. John's Lutheran Church, Johnson also enjoys serving as social member and fundraiser of Chaparral Country Club.
Named Volunteer of the Year in 2000, Johnson was recognized for her service as a canine therapist.
