Is TWN able to provide more than 1 IP address?

Yes. A single public IP address is included in the standard business plans, and additional IP Blocks can be provided if needed. TWN also offers /29 and /30 IP blocks.

Are TWN's Business class unlimited?

Yes, there are no data caps or throttling.

Does TWN offer business class support?

Yes, business customers are provided 24-hour remote monitoring from our Network Operations Center.

What does TWN's Tech support look like?

We have 24x7x365 VIP support line with priority service calls and remote monitoring for all business customers.

Does TWN require contracts for business? Are they annual?

Yes, we offer 0-60 month contract options.

Are there contract buy outs?

Yes, the costs vary depending on plan type.

What are response times for outages?

Business customers have top priority. TWN strives to have a technician on site within 24 hrs (same day in some cases).

What comes with the standard business plans?

Public IP address (IP Blocks can be purchased as well), Wi-Fi setup, remote monitoring, priority support and all services are backed by our SLA that guaranteed a 99.999% uptime rate.

Does TWN offer business phone options?

Yes, unlimited local and long-distance calling, multiple line set up with call routing/transferring, hunt groups, and more.

Does TWN offer cloud-based backup?

TWN does not offer any cloud-based backup at this time.
