RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CONNECTION INFORMATION

Thank you for choosing Mohave Electric Cooperative as your electric service provider.  The following information is required prior to connection:

Completed Application (signature required including spouse if applicable - see form)      

Copy of Drivers License or State Issued Photo I.D. (including spouse if applicable)

And

Deposit - Deposits are based on prior usage in the last 12 months of service at the service location and are refundable with .12% interest after 12 months of timely payments

Or

An acceptable Letter of Credit from another electric utility demonstrating 12 months of service in the past two years with no more than two late notices in the last 12 months of service

Fees

Membership Fee: $5.00 per membership one membership per customer

Non-Refundable connect fee: $40.00 plus tax per meter (fee will appear on your first bill)
