COMMERCIAL SERVICE CONNECTION INFORMATION

Thank you for choosing Mohave Electric Cooperative as your electric service provider.  As a commercial member the following information is required prior to connection:

Completed Application (signed by corporate officer if incorporated)

Copy of Articles of Incorporation (if applicable)

Copy of Drivers License or State Issued Photo I.D. (if not incorporated)

State or Federal Tax I.D. # (if applicable) Social Security number if not an incorporated business.

Deposit or Surety Bond (Deposits are based on prior usage in the last 12 months of service at the location. Surety bond application available upon request.)

Fees

Membership Fee: $5.00

Non-Refundable connect fee: $40.00 + tax per meter (fee will appear on your first bill)
