BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The business and affairs of the Cooperative are managed by the board of nine directors which exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative except such as are by law, the Articles of Incorporation or By laws conferred upon or reserved to the members.
Districts one, two and three are each represented by three directors. Directors serve a three year term with one vacancy occurring in each district annually. Eligible candidates are selected from the membership of the district in which the vacancy occurs with elections held at the regular annual membership meeting in June.
