BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The business and affairs of the Cooperative are managed by the board of nine directors which all exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative except such as are by law, the Articles of Incorporation or By laws conferred upon or reserved to the members.
Districts one, two and three are each represented by three directors. Directors serve a three year term with one vacancy occurring in each district annually. Eligible candidates are selected from the membership of the district in which the vacancy occurs with elections held at the regular annual membership meeting in June.

A 48-year resident of Mohave Valley, Lyn R. Opalka is the current District 1 Director. She has served on the board since 1982 and has held various board offices. She was board president from 1989 to 1990 and then again from 1991 to the present. more...

Secretary - Chester MorelandDistrict 2
Chester Moreland and his family moved to Bullhead City just as it was being incorporated in 1984. He has served as a Director for District 2 since 1992. He is currently the Board secretary and has served in that capacity since 1998. Moreland also served as treasurer from 1994 to 1998. more...
